We need your commitment to pass on the message of the V-Day campaign! Every year the campaign owes it's success to the dedication and enthusiasm of local campaigners and groups that have participated. This year we want you to help continue that success.

The work that organisers do is essential to break the silence about violence against women. Around the world, funds that are raised by V-Day organizers have saved women refugees, rape crisis centres and many other organisations that work to end violence against women from closing down. The funds have also helped these organizations expand their services, and helped to commit policy makers to end violence against women and girls.

How does it happen?

It's easy. You can register as an organiser from September at www.vday.org/signup. All you do is fill out the application form and then send it to V-Day to gain approval for your event. Once you have been granted permission, you will be an official member of the V-Day campaign. You will have access to all the information you need which has been designed exclusively for V-Day coordinators to provide guidance and support at every step. This includes the Organiser's Kit and a copy of the legal copyrighted script, as put together by Eve.
